Operations and Support

One of Studentnet®'s most valuable features is something almost unavailable today: the front-line assistance of a human being. Yes! We provide help from an experienced, technically-trained, helpful human being, not a phone menu, a call centre, or a dancing paperclip. Of course we still use automated systems: for a standard change request you can fill in our Operations Request form below, and after confirmation, your request is acted upon. The request is timestamped, uniquely identified, traceable, accountable, and monitored: the very best features of automation.

But if you have any non-standard queries or difficulties you are free to ring the technical staff directly and speak to them as your colleagues who are working beside you to maintain your school services. You're never out there on your own.
